Mud Pie - The Original 1970 Version

Start with crumbled Oreo Cookie crust, fill with Coffee Ice Cream, once frozen top with double chocolate fudge. 

 Served with whipped cream and slivered almonds. 

Apple Crisp

Made from scratch, the way Mom always did. Brown sugar oatmeal crumble adds to the taste of the fresh peeled apples and with cinnamom and sugar. 

Creme Brulee'

Cognac and Port

for a Stress relieving end of your day.  Served Neat or over Ice.

Courvoiseir

A blend of aged cognacs, to create a smooth fruity flavors. Enjoyed neat or over ice. 

Grand Marnier

A blend of premium Cognac with french Lemon liqueur.  

Chocolate - Molten Lava Cake

Moist Chocolate Fudge cake with a goey ' molten' center that 'flows' out. 

Served Hot - with Ice Cream

Taylor Port

Ruby red, moderatly sweet, fruity taste and a smooth finish.
